The work contemplates the 'growth and recovery' process needed for coping with emotional distress and pressures in the world we live in and how to move forward. It uses mitosis—a cell division process that is necessary for replacing damaged and worn out cells—as a metaphor. The movement of the body shown in the video emulates the way chromosomes separate in the process of mitosis, suggesting what we can learn from this phenomenon that takes place in our own body.
