This video installation was made during the residency at Duende over two months.  It looks into different elements in the development of a group; and the relationship between the group and the individual.  A total of seven interviews were conducted with its focus on the following: recruitment, interaction, expectations, ground rules, shared activity, boundary and accommodation. The videos are mainly composed of interviews and simple choreographed movements.
